Sign in

1. Go to help.dentsuconnect.com in a web browser.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Select the option that best describes you:
   • Single sign-on (SSO) users:
     1. Select a single sign-on (SSO) option and log in with your identity provider:
        • Dentsu Okta: all dentsu personnel
        • dentsu.Connect: users with access to dentsu.Connect applications
        • Merkury Explorer: users with access to Merkury Explorer
     2. Enter your credentials when prompted by your identity provider to sign in.
   • Existing Help Center users:
     1. Enter your Email and Password.
     2. Select Sign in.
   • All other users:
     • Request Help Center access.
